Introduction:

In June 2003 I got the chance to buy these computers from Alexey Podrezov from Finland. The first one was already in his possession and the second one was imported from Russia for me. I was very interested because I'd never seen a MSX-based network before. I know of some developments but as far as I know this is the only series of computers which left the factory with a networkinterface.

These computers were used a lot (about 7000) in and around Moscow on schools in groups of 10-16 computers. The network module can be switched in two positions: student or teachermode. For example, the teacher used a special version of the text editor TOR and sent it to the student computers. The student could type their texts and after that the teacher collected them and could save them to a floppy.

Updates will follow soon because I keep receiving mails. Don't stop, keep sending...

If anyone has more information, please mail me.
